What does Tibetan momo taste like?
A momo has a thin, soft wrapper around a juicy filling seasoned with things like ginger, garlic and spring onion. It is savoury and comforting rather than sweet.
The sauce makes it special: our signature mayo is creamy and cooling, and the chilli sauce adds heat. Try a bit of both.
